FOT Machinery Successfully Delivers 0.2-2.5x1350mm Slitting Line to Côte d'Ivoire, Africa

FOT Machinery has completed the end-to-end service of design, manufacturing, and delivery of a 0.2–2.5x1350mm slitting machine for an Côte d’Ivoire customer. Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent comprehensive factory acceptance testing (FAT), including:

· Pre-commissioning checks: Lubrication of all bearings and guide rails (using SAE-10 grade oil)

· Run-in test: 30-minute operation at 10% rated speed with real-time monitoring of motor current and hydraulic pressure

· Material threading simulation: Verification of loop pit and bridging unit synchronization to prevent strip scratches or misalignment

· Winding accuracy test: Confirmed radial runout ≤0.1mm on expansion mandrels to ensure tight, defect-free coils
